The location is excellent, just a short walk to the gondola and surrounded by shops and restaurants. However, the room lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable during warmer days. The breakfast provided was a satisfying start to the day, but I would have preferred more variety.

Just a short four-minute walk to Vail Mountain's ski lifts was fantastic for our family ski trip! The kids loved the authentic Austrian feel of this cozy inn. We enjoyed dining in the village, where German food was a hit for dinner, especially with the kids.
In my wife’s opinion, a hot breakfast option would have been nice for our chilly mornings with the baby.

The room was comfy, and I absolutely loved the hearty breakfast that fueled my day. I took full advantage of the sauna and jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxation after exploring. The only downside was the room could use some updating, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience. 😊

The culinary scene in Vail is lit, especially with spots like Up the Creek Bar & Grill and Elway's just a hop away. Plus, the hotel restaurant serves some bangin' dishes! The location is prime, easy access to the slopes.
Definitely a heatwave situation in the summer. no AC and our room felt like a sauna! It was a struggle trying to keep cool even with fans. But the charm of Vail still shines through!
